Passes Landmark New York State Remanufacturing Bill A10868

Remanufactured product purchases are prioritized and

product purchases with remanufactured restrictions are prohibited.

Assemblyman Joe Morelle was the genius behind second-use for the State of New York. In essence, the bill explains that the state of New York will no longer buy products that cannot be rebuilt and reused.

As a result almost every company that sells to the state now has a remanufacturing department.
